The Board of Trustees is made up of parents, Faculty representatives, and members of the greater community who wish to contribute their professional skills to help Suncoast Waldorf School thrive. The Board is responsible for ensuring the legal and financial well-being of the school and it approves the annual budget as well as any significant changes to it throughout the year.
Board members provide leadership and support in the following areas: Parent Council, Marketing and Outreach, Development and Fundraising, Strategic Planning and Finance.
Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6pm*. The school community is welcomed and encouraged to attend board meetings.

If you would like an opportunity to speak at the meeting please email the board one week in advance of the meeting with your topic, so that time can be allocated in the agenda.

In the spring of each year the Board fills any open Board positions with new members. If you are an active member of the school community and are interested in learning more about joining the board – or if you are, or know of, someone outside of our community that would be interested in leading their time and talents to the school, please contact us.
